Top Ten Reasons So Help Me Todd, Blue Bloods, Bob Hearts Abishola, NCIS Hawaii, CSI Vegas were unethically cancelled by someone at Paramount Global.

Top Ten Reasons So Help Me Todd, Blue Bloods, Bob Hearts Abishola, NCIS Hawaii, CSI Vegas were unethically cancelled by someone at Paramount Global, and why all 5 CBS Television Series should be reinstated by Paramount Skydance Corporation.

All 10 reasons below are covered in the too intense to watch, 38 minute Part 1, So Help Me Todd Inspired Documentary, Who Does that?

10.  The 2023 Writers and Actors' 191 Day Strikes were used by someone at Paramount Global to ensure the cancellation fate of 5, Strike Honoring, Popular, CBS Television Series.

9. The previous owner of Paramount Global, Paramount Plus, CBS, and other well known Networks; National Amusements, may have been attempting to increase Stock value by removing 5 popular, CBS Television Series, soon after the 191 Days Writers and Actors' Strike had ended. Using the Writer's and Actor's Strike as groundcover for cancelling 5 CBS Television Series may prove to be a litigable issue because the 5 CBS Television Series were cancelled before they aired any, new, post strike episodes. Reinstatement of the 5 Cancelled Television Series by the most recent new owner, Paramount Skydance Corporation, is one way litigation could be avoided.

8.  4 of the 5 Cancelled CBS Series were first removed from the CBS 2023 Strike compromised Fall Season Schedule for more than 125 straight Days, creating an out of sight, out of mind scenario for fans of all 5 Television Series.

7. Just after the 2023, 191 Days Writers and Actors Strikes had ended, Someone at Paramount Global used the November 2023 overnight premiere episode success of NCIS Sydney, to set in motion plans to remove 5 popular, CBS Television Series. The NCIS Sydney premiere occurred right after the 191 Day Strikes had ended, when Broadcast Network fans were starved for new, scripted programming.

6.  Someone at Paramount Global cancelled 2 of the most popular FAMILY CENTRIC CBS Television Series, Bob Hearts Abishola & Blue Bloods, during Thanksgiving Week, 2023, before either Series had aired any new, Post Strike Episodes.    Who Does that?

5.
One month prior to the return of 5 Strike Honoring CBS Television Series, January 2024; Inexplicably featured a deluge of Paramount Plus Programming onto the CBS Broadcast Schedule. Meanwhile, So Help Me Todd, NCIS Hawaii, and CSI Vegas; virtually disappeared from the January 2024; CBS Schedule. This oddly timed Paramount Plus takeover of the CBS primetime schedule, confused CBS fans as to the future of So Help Me Todd, NCIS Hawaii, and CSI Vegas.

4.  Contrary to ongoing, Entertainment News reports, the fate of So Help Me Todd, NCIS Hawaii, & CSI Vegas had already been decided before any of the 3 Series had aired any new, post Strike February 2024 Episodes; which directly dovetails to Reason 3, below.

3. Since all 5 CBS Television Series were cancelled before they aired any new, post strike episodes, this means all 5 CBS series were cancelled for honoring their Unions Justified Reasons for Striking, which most likely is a serious violation of strike negotiating agreements and ethics. One sincerely doubts the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers reserves the right to portend an ongoing Strike can simply be ignored and Strike Honoring Television Series be cancelled before the Series have a fair chance to re-establish their ratings prowess.

2. So Help Me Todd’s 2nd Season, Strike Shortened, 10 Episode Ratings were negatively manipulated by Someone at Paramount Global. The negatively manipulated So Help Me Todd ratings included an inconsistent scheduling of Todd's 2nd season episodes. However, even more treacherous than inconsistent scheduling of Todd episodes, was  Todd's 2nd season Multi-platform Performance Ratings being negatively manipulated. Only 1 of 10 So Help Me Todd post strike episodes was rebroadcast a second time to boost Todd's Multi-Platform Ratings, meanwhile, both Elsbeth and Tracker had FIVE of TEN episodes broadcast a second time to boost their multi-platform ratings. Incredibly, in what may have been a hide in plain sight deceitful maneuver, Paramount Global broadcast 2 Todd episodes from season one on a Sunday after an episode of 60 MInutes, which meant the 2 season one episodes DID NOT COUNT and had ZERO impact on Todd's second season multi-platform ratings! Only ONE of TWO Todd post strike Broadcat episodes could count towards Todd's MP Ratings because the additional broadcast was cruelly, and suspiciously, broadcast outside of the 35 day MP35 time frame, which meant it too was NOT counted towards Todd's second season Multiplatform Ratings! Further explaining just how sleazily someone from Paramount Global negatively manipulated Todd's second season ratings, Todd only had one of five repeat episodes qualify for multiplatform ratings, Tracker's first five episodes were broadcast a second time within a week, so Tracker's first five episodes were double broadcast and both broadcasts counted towards Tracker's MP-7, MP-14, MP-35 ratings. Elsbeth's premiere episode was broadcast 3 times within the first 35 days, so all 3 CBS broadcasts were combined for MP-35. Elsbeth also had 4 additional episodes broadcast a second time with 35 days, which helped boost Elsbeth's seasonal ratings average a significant amount. Meanwhile, Todd only had ONE of TEN 2nd season episodes qualify for MP Status. So Help Me Todd had ONE second season episode qualify for MP-7, Four other Todd repeats did NOT COUNT towards Todd's second season MP ratings because 3 of the episodes were from Season 1, while a fourth episode was outside the 35 day multiplatform window.

1. In a fair and accountable world, Paramount Skydance Corporation, the NEW owners of Paramount Global and associated Entertainment Networks, would reinstate ALL 5 Unethically cancelled CBS Television Series and award each of the 5 television series two, 10 episode seasons to air consecutively for 10 weeks during two consecutive winter television seasons, a time when CBS would normally air reruns or a plethora of specials. National Amusements would be responsible for the funding of the 100 total episodes that would be produced since unethical actions were used to force Paramount Skydance to pay higher acquisition costs.

Welcome to "Who Does that"? A Documentary about Paramount Global's Cancellation Attack against Strike Honoring, Scripted, CBS Television Series.

Today is April 14, 2025. I have been working for 10 months, almost every day, I have easily put in 1,000 to 1,500 hours on my Who Does that? Documentary about Paramount Global's Cancellation punishment for 5, Strike Honoring, CBS Television Series.

Sept 9, 2025 Update. Who Does that? Documentary, Part 1, premiered on Labor Day, September 01, 2025.

I thought the Documentary would take one to two months to finish, until someone got in my face that it was not CBS's fault. I was 100% sure it was CBS's fault, but, I did one final forensic analysis check, and that is when I realized it was Paramount Global's fault, the overlord of CBS, and their court jester sidekick, Paramount Plus.

Four or Five months of useful research, had to be re researched and rewritten. Anyways, This is the landing page for updates about the Documentary. I have put finishing the Who Does that Documentary at the top of my list for the past several months, and if I don't finish within the next 2 to 3 weeks, it will pose a serious problem for me in a myriad of ways.

Every day I work on the Documentary, I feel may be the day I finish it. Needless to say, after 20 or 30 incorrect it will be done within a couple of days proclamations, I have just given up and now follow the script and all the research I have done, wherever it takes me.

Wish me Luck.
